By purchasing and using our Trade Assistant, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:‍MetaEdge assumes absolutely no liability under any circumstances for any financial losses, damages, or negative trading outcomes resulting from the use, misuse, or malfunction of the Trade Assistant.

Trading in financial markets involves significant risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Users assume full responsibility for their trading decisions.

The Trade Assistant is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or performance.

Users must test the software on a demo account before using it in a live trading environment. This ensures full understanding of how the tool functions. Failure to do so is entirely at the user's own risk.

MetaEdge does not provide financial advice. Users should consult a licensed financial professional if needed.

MetaEdge is not liable for software errors, compatibility issues, technical malfunctions, unauthorized access, security breaches, hacking, or any form of cyber attack that may impact the software or user accounts.
‍M does not have access to users' funds or the ability to trade on their behalf. Trade Assistant runs entirely on the user's local PC, and  has no remote access to the software or trading accounts.

Under no circumstances shall MetaEdge be held responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Trade Assistant.

Billing Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not possible.

Once a license key has been generated and issued, it cannot be revoked or deactivated.

Users must thoroughly review the product features and test the tool on a demo account before purchasing.

If you experience technical issues, our support team will provide assistance, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

When customers purchase a MetaEdge subscription, they agree to be charged until cancelation.

To cancel your MetaEdge subscription, customers must Email us at: Support@MetaEdge.net at least 24 hours before their next billing date.

Terms of Use & License Agreement

Purchasing the Trade Assistant grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal trading only.

The software may not be shared, resold, or distributed without prior written consent from MetaEdge.

Any attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or bypass license restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without compensation.

MetaEdge reserves the right to revoke access to any user found violating these terms.

Support & Updates Policy

Technical support is provided for installation and setup assistance only. MetaEdge does not offer trading support or strategy advice.

Future updates may be provided at MetaEdge's discretion without notice.

MetaEdge reserves the right to charge for major upgrades or new versions of the software.

Privacy Policy

MetaEdge may collect limited user data (such as email addresses, and Metatrader ID's for licensing purposes). This information will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of the MetaEdge team.

MetaEdge does NOT have access to users' trading data, trade history, or any personal trading strategies. The software operates independently within the user's MetaTrader platform.

By using the Trade Assistant, users consent to the collection of necessary data for licensing and authentication purposes.
Users may request data deletion by contacting MetaEdge support.
